In 2019, we had the idea of starting Sweden's first cryo-clinic, then the pandemic struck, and made us rethink. In 2020, we decide to deploy world-leading technologies in health and wellness instead. The name Lyfe Nordic is born.
Since then, Lyfe Nordic has continuously grown stronger and expanded its offering despite global uncertainties such as war, inflation and deteriorating logistics chains.

A few words from us
Our goal is to offer our clients a unique opportunity to achieve success through profitable and value-creating investments in health, recovery and biohacking.
Alexander Bica
For over 10 years I have competed for the Swedish national team in wrestling. My lifestyle is such that I am always looking for new ways to perform and recover my body and mind, especially after hard training and competitions. I know how valuable it is to feel good mentally to be able to perform at the top every day, but, what I do is not just for elite athletes.
It is for everyone.
In 2019, Elias and I decided to create a company where we can spread just that. A platform where both companies and individuals can find the latest and most innovative products to be able to forget the stresses of life and recover the body in the best way.
Together we created Lyfe Nordic and we are proud to be working with globally leading companies in the industry today.

Ever since I can remember, I've wanted to make a positive impression in the world - I think most of us want to.
However, I didn't really know how selves could contribute in the best way. What are my strengths? What should I focus on? When Alex and I joined forces to create Lyfe Nordic, I suddenly felt how it was possible to build a company that could make people healthier and happier. I had found a way to contribute!
With a degree in Business Administration and a passion for learning new things and developing, I strive daily to make Lyfe Nordic a company that holds the highest standards and offers products backed by scientific data.
Taking care of their health should be a priority and I hope we can help make more people value their wellbeing.
