We comply with GDPR

The website undertakes to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the purpose of which is, among other things, to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual. Personal data that will/may be processed

By using the website, the user agrees to the processing of personal data as follows:

• We collect personal data that you send to us when you make applications on our website and fill out contact forms. The personal data that you send to us may include, for example, contact information such as name, address, telephone number and email address, but also personal identity numbers.

• We may also collect certain personal data from external partners such as address data from public records.

• From website visitors, we collect information from your browser, such as which browser you use, which device and language, but also the address of the website you visited before, as well as information about the IP address.

How the personal data will be processed

The personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• When processing completed forms on our website.

• In case of correspondence about questions and other information.

• When following up after signing up for our newsletter.

• When following up after being placed on our waiting list for product launches.

Third party

In order for us to be able to offer the above mentioned services and fulfill our obligations to you as a customer, your personal data may be disclosed to third parties and then only companies that are so-called personal data processors for us.

The personal data processors process the information on our behalf and according to our instructions and help us with IT services, internal systems and marketing. This is done only for the purposes for which we have collected the information and only to companies that can provide adequate guarantees regarding the security and confidentiality of personal data.

We never pass on, sell or exchange your personal data for marketing purposes to third parties.

These third parties, located both inside and outside the EU/EEA, are as follows:

• Personal data may be shared with our production partner Webflow, Inc., located in the United States, in the production and operation of websites. Webflow complies with GDPR.

• Personal data may be shared with our service partner Google Ireland Limited (G Suite/Google Workspace), located in the EEA, upon contact between users and Friskolan Piggelinen. Google complies with GDPR.

Period for which data will be saved

Personal data may only be stored for as long as it is necessary for the purpose or as long as we are required by law to do so. Your personal data will then be deleted or anonymised. Personal data collected only for a specific purpose is kept to a minimum in order to carry out the purpose, also known as data minimization.

Encryption

The website has a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate that ensures that users' personal data is transmitted in a secure and confidential manner by encrypting the information.

User rights

Right to register extracts

• After providing consent, users have the right to receive a register extract confirming whether the personal data is being processed. When processing personal data, users have the right to access them.

• Register extracts are requested by us at Mana Labs AB.

• The extract from the register is provided in written form, either digitally or by post.

Right to information and right to rectification

• After giving consent, users have the right to contact Mana Labs AB to find out what personal data is stored and to have incorrect data changed. In the absence of any data, users also have the right to complete them.

Right to restriction of processing

• In some cases, a person whose personal data is concerned may require the processing of such data to be restricted. This is the case, for example, when the person concerned has already requested a correction due to incorrect data. In the meantime, the processing of incorrect data may also be restricted.

Data portability

• In some cases, a person who has disclosed their personal data has the right to have it transferred to another, such as a media service. The person who first received the personal data shall then facilitate such transfer.

Right to object

• In some cases, a person has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data. This applies when the personal data is processed for the purpose of performing a task of general interest, as part of the exercise of public authority or following a balancing of interests.

Right to erasure

Users have a right to have their personal data erased if desired. There are exceptions where this right is restricted, but in the following cases the data must be deleted:

• If the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected,

• If consent is withdrawn,

• If the personal data is used for direct marketing purposes and the user objects to it,

• If there are no legitimate reasons that outweigh the individual's interest in deleting the information;

• If the personal data has been processed unlawfully,

• If erasure is required to comply with a legal obligation,

If a user wishes to have their personal data deleted, they should contact us by phone or email.

If the data is deleted upon request, the external parties who have received the personal data shall also be notified. However, this does not apply if it would prove impossible or involve too burdensome effort.
